International company operating in food productions supply, is looking for Area Manager – Russia & Ukraine responsible for Cocoa and Chocolate, Cocoa Powder segment.Responsible for draft and realise of sales plan and annual budget, assigned area and accounts, based on the BU sales policy for powder. Maintain and strengthen the relationship with assigned clients. Identify and develop prospective new clients. Manage and monitor agent and/or distributor. Discuss and co-ordinate the requirements and wishes of clients with respect to the functionality and the quality of the cocoa powders, and the feasibility of new developments. Gather and share market and competitor information. Manage and develop the Sales Officers. Requirements:
Russian citizenship.
Fluent English.
Masters or Bachelors degree: Commercial or Food Technology.
Minimum 5 years sales experience in an international environment.
Minimum 2 years of risk management / commodity merchandising experience.
Knowledge of food industry and ingredients.
