Объявление: Supply Base Quality Manager

Requirements: Education: BSc in Food Science, Technology or related field; Industrial experience min. 3 years in Quality Management and / or Product Development, preferably with international FMCG company; Knowledge of ingredients, packaging and manufacturing technologies; strong technical problem solving skills;

Responsibilities: work with purchasing to identify, select and develop appropriate local ingredient and packaging material suppliers; Develop / adapt material specifications; keep those up-to-date; maintain database/ repository; Conduct supplier audits as per Company`s Quality policies, guidelines and procedures; Monitor compliance with specifications and report on performance against standards; Support suppliers in attaining and maintaining adequate quality standards; Work with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve day to day material quality issues; Act as backup to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Working conditions: Office/ factory/ warehouses. Travel to company`s sites in Europe / visits to suppliers in Russia/ Europe.

Personality: European-styled, ready to raise qualification, good communication skills, responsible.
