As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for liaison with direct and indirect clients;- Sales of the company’s products and services in a geographic area;
- Providing local customers with the tools to favorably influence their sales results
- Intensive client contact & traveling will be required.

Key responsibilities: - Identify revenue opportunities in target accounts, develop sales plans, and execute to close revenue.
- Managing a complex solution sales process. Moving the sales through the entire sales process ending after the transition to Project Manager.
- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills. The ASM will be required to attend training events throughout the year.
- Maintaining accounts receivables in compliance with objectives
- Preparing written presentations and reports.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
- Develop positive relationships with other employees in Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance, Engineering and other departments as needed.
- Market analysis and analysis of competitors’ situation.
- Sales of emerging products and wall-to-wall sales.
- Proper use and level of sales support.
- Management of expenses of the area according to budget.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management List years of experience: - Usually requires 3 to 7 years of capital sales experience preferably within the food industry

- Excellent knowledge and skills required on: The company’s propositions, pricing practices, high level selling & Negotiating skills
- Effective management skills, excellent in building and maintaining professional relations with (potential) customers
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
